Beckoning the hungry with its selection of smoked meats, Bib's served amazing BBQ and sides in downtown Winston for a dozen years ('08-'20). Housed in a former Firestone location with a unique zig-zag roof, the fine-tuned focus on flavor made Bib's a destination for lunch and dinner.

Pitmaster Mark Little's family recipes and his iconic bib overalls inspired both the name and the menu. He has often described his unique approach to 'que as "not Eastern or Western, but Bestern." Bib's Downtown was a local favorite throughout its tenure, and we're saluting the legend.

At the request of owner Robert Moreau, a portion of proceeds from your purchase will be donated to the Winston-Salem Street School. WSSS provides focused education for at-risk youth in the area and equips them with the tools for academic, social, physical, and spiritual success.
