SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are prepared and packed within two business days of order placement. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Items are shipped via USPS ‘Priority’ or 'First Class' mail. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 2-5 days. We ship within the United States and internationally to Canada and Mexico. Expedited/overnight shipping is not available at this time.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. That said, in the rare instance of an order issue, we are happy to assist in making the situation right.
Live locally? Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you at the shop counter. In most cases, Same-Day or Next-Day pickup is available. We'll reach out via email as soon as your order is ready.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a refund within 30 days of the initial date of order, provided the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price once the item has been returned. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

If you would simply like to exchange your item, please contact us before returning your original order or placing a new one. Once we do receive your item, we will send out your exchange directly.
Sale/Clearance items and accessories are non-returnable.

The security of your personal information is critical to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers on our order form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using bank-level 256-bit SSL certificate protection.
