SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are prepared and packed within one business day of order placement. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Items are shipped via USPS ‘Priority’ or 'First Class' mail. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 3-7 days. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Expedited/overnight shipping is not available.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a refund within 30 days of the initial date of order--less the shipping charges--provided the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price, less shipping and any applicable credit card fees. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to simply exchange your item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a notification.

Sale/Clearance, and non-wearable items are non-returnable.
