Orders are typically packed & shipped within 5 business days, excluding holidays.
Items are shipped via USPS ‘Ground Advantage’ or 'Priority'. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 3-5 days. We only ship within the United States. Expedited/overnight shipping is not available. Please note: Shipping delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit, lost or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items for a refund within 30 days of the initial date of order, provided the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
If a full refund is requested, we will refund the purchase price once the item has been returned.

If you would simply like to exchange your item, please contact us before returning your original order or placing a new one. Once we do receive your item, we will send out your exchange directly.
Sale/Clearance items and accessories are non-returnable.
